IGET Australia: FAQ for shipping, orders and products
What is the minimum age to buy from IGET Australia?
You must be 18 years or older. IGET Australia sells nicotine products and enforces an age gate plus checkout checks. We do not supply minors.
How long does delivery take across Australia?
Most metro orders arrive in 2–5 business days after dispatch; regional addresses can take a little longer. Exact timing depends on carrier scans and your postcode.
What are the shipping fees on IGET Australia orders?
A flat domestic rate applies below the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout. Orders over that threshold ship free within Australia. International shipping is not offered on standard storefront checkouts.
What happens after I place an order?
You receive an email confirmation, our team picks and verifies stock, then packs and labels your parcel. Tracking details are emailed once the carrier accepts the package.
Where can I find my purchase receipt?
Your receipt sits in the order confirmation email and inside your IGET Australia account order history (if you checked out as a member). Contact support with your order number if you need a copy resent.
What is a disposable vape?
A pre-filled, non-refillable (or limited-recharge) device designed for a fixed rated life. Dispose of responsibly according to local e-waste guidance when finished.
Why is there still liquid in my vape but it won't hit?
The battery may be depleted, the airflow sensor may not be activating, the coil may have failed, the airflow may be restricted, or e-liquid may no longer be reaching the heating element correctly.
Can a vape run out of battery before it runs out of liquid?
Yes. Battery capacity and e-liquid are separate resources and may not be exhausted at exactly the same time.
Why does my vape light up but no aerosol comes out?
If the indicator responds, some electrical power may still be available. A coil, liquid-delivery, airflow or internal electronic problem may be preventing normal aerosol production.
